Temporary Computer Classrooms

Before every election, Elections Canada needs to run training for riding association finance teams. They require short term, computer labs, all over the country to hold these sessions in.

Scope

We were tasked with finding computer labs, arranging for internet and technology, catering and handling logistics for each session.

Special Challenge

The special challenge for this project was to find locations willing to open in the evenings and on weekends – on an extremely tight budget.

Solution - Turn a Meeting into an Event

Working with our multiple classroom partners around the country, and with our remote mobile labs, we were able to provide the needed computer labs at an affordable rate.
