Recent times have seen most, if not all workforces, become more and more distributed.  This move to remote work has brought the benefits of tearing down the barriers to attracting talent.  It’s also allowed companies to become less obligated to building or holding leases for office space.  But it has also brought with it a need to understand how to lead, manage and work effectively in a remote setting.
